These terms govern use of Beyond The Visa. By creating an account or using the App, the user agrees to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. Service purpose
The App provides general education, organisation and career-preparation tools for nurses and midwives. Features may include country checklists, learning questions, calculators, job-board links, community content, service requests and AI-assisted explanations.
2. Not professional advice
Information is not medical diagnosis, patient-specific clinical instruction, legal or immigration advice, financial advice, tax advice or a guarantee of registration, employment, a visa, settlement or exam success. Users must check current requirements with the responsible regulator, government, employer or qualified adviser and follow local clinical policy and emergency procedures.
3. Accounts
Users must provide accurate information, protect sign-in details and not reuse an important password in the preview. One email may not create more than one local account. Users are responsible for activity under their account and should report suspected misuse.
4. Acceptable use
Users must not submit identifiable patient information; impersonate another person; post unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading or confidential content; scrape, disrupt or reverse engineer the service; misuse AI outputs; infringe intellectual property; or use the App to provide unqualified regulated advice.
5. Community
Community content represents users, not Beyond The Visa. Users retain responsibility for their posts and grant the operator permission to host, display and moderate submitted content for the service. Content may be removed and accounts restricted to protect users or comply with law. Public launch requires moderation, reporting and enforcement operations.
6. Sample questions, mock tests and acknowledgement
Every CBT, NCLEX and IELTS item supplied through a sample mock is an independently created, unofficial sample question. Sample questions may not have been clinically or professionally reviewed and may be incomplete, outdated or incorrect. They are designed only to guide study. They do not replace official examination materials, an approved course, supervised professional training, local clinical policy, emergency procedures or clinical judgement. They are not copied, recalled, leaked or guaranteed examination questions and do not predict an examination result. Beyond The Visa is not endorsed by or affiliated with the NMC, NCSBN, Pearson VUE, IELTS, the British Council, IDP or Cambridge University Press & Assessment.
Before purchasing or starting a sample mock, the user must actively tick the acknowledgement presented at checkout. By doing so, the user confirms that they have read and accepted this section, understands the limitations above, and accepts responsibility for checking learning against current official sources and applying professional judgement. The service records the account, terms version and acceptance time. Mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remain unaffected.
7. External services
External jobs, regulators, governments and other websites are controlled by their operators. Links do not guarantee accuracy, sponsorship, vacancy availability or endorsement. Users should verify employer identity and never pay for fraudulent recruitment.
8. Paid services
For paid services, including sample mocks bought with Beyond Coins, the description, price, duration, material restrictions and applicable cancellation or refund information must be shown before purchase. Beyond Coins are deducted only after the required sample-question acknowledgement and a successful server-side purchase. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
9. Availability and changes
The App may change, suspend or discontinue features. Preview data can be lost when browser storage is cleared. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.
10. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided without guarantees and the operator is not responsible for decisions made without verifying authoritative requirements, indirect losses, external services or lost local preview data.
11. Termination
Users may stop using the App and delete local data at any time. Access may be restricted for serious or repeated misuse.
12. Governing terms and contact
Before commercial launch, the operator must insert its legal entity, governing law, jurisdiction and business contact details. Questions can currently be submitted through Contact Us.
